Project Description:
Ivanhoe Elementary School, located in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA serves children Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through fifth grade.
This project consists of two increments. The scope of the first increment includes the removal of noncompliant DOH portable that houses two classrooms and replacing it with a two-classroom portable and a sanitary portable. Also providing an accessible path of travel between the school upper and lower sites. The second increment will include the removal of all portable buildings at the lower and upper sites and the food service building and providing a new Classroom building with 15 classrooms and new food service building a kitchen, storage, a service area, and restrooms. This project also includes site improvements.
